Approved Candidates are loaded onto the PNA database so that we can more effectively match them with Customers that have explained their needs and completed our Customer Enquiry Form.

PNA will then forward our Service Agreement for you to appraise, to ensure that you are happy with our terms and conditions.

Once approved, we will prepare work profiles for the three most suitable Candidates and email them to you, in advance of any interviews – also for you to peruse.

These profiles will tell you who is applying, where they worked before, for how long, how old the children were in that home and how much they were paid by the previous family. 

This information will be key to you deciding whether the Candidate is (on paper, at least) a good match, and if her salary expectations fall within your budget. 

If the answer to both is yes, we will then arrange an interview at your convenience.

Customer interview
Customer interviews are always conducted at the customer’s home, so you are in a comfortable space and the Candidate can see what her potential working environment will be like.

One of our Customer Service Team will introduce you to each of the three Nannies, so you can talk to them personally. It’s important that you get a sense of their personality and language skills, as your Nanny will be an integral part of your time in Thailand.

Our Customer Service representative will answer any queries that you may have during the interview and help with any potential revisions to the role, so that all parties are happy with the final agreement.

If you hire one of the Candidates, we will ask you to complete the Booking Form and pay both the Co-ordination & Administration Fee (for the interview) and the Agency Booking Fee.

A start date will then be arranged with you and the successful Candidate, and we will provide post-placement support, where needed.

In the unlikely event that you don’t hire anyone, we will organise three more Candidates and bring them to your home for another interview, completely free of charge.

Post-placement support
For some of our customers, this will be the first time that they have employed a Nanny and there may be some unanswered questions. 

To help you to make the adjustment, we will continue to provide you with free telephone and email support and, if necessary, a free Candidate replacement service within the first three months.

We will also give you a PNA Welcome Pack containing a wealth of useful cultural, employer and employee information.
